The TFPTS is coalition of non-profit and for-profit safety organizations working to promote traffic safety, education, ethics, and integrity in the Florida Driver Improvement industry.
FPTS members represent all types of Florida driver and public safety organizations. These include:
Established in 2005 with four key components:
To conduct activities and programs as determined by the association to promote the broad concept of highway safety and education in the State of Florida.
To contribute to the dignity, growth, development and upgrading of the traffic safety programs
To uphold the ethics and ideals of TFPTS.
To maintain standards of the traffic programs provided by the members of TFPTS above those set by local, state and federal government.
